Billing

If a customer registered on April 10th:
Our company will send an invoice to G. I. BILL on May 15th. Payment will be made to our company on May 29th.

※The transaction will be completed 14 days after the date of invoice.In the case the monthly withdrawal on the 15th did not work out for any reason, the customer shall complete the payment via another method.The customer shall notify our company at least 2 weeks or before the 15th prior to the termination of service.Once payment is processed, no refund request will be accepted.Changes in payment method shall be completed in the same manner as above.The customers who are using an automatic payment company as a means of payment hereby fully understand and agree to the above terms.

Payment on the 10th of every month

※In the case the withdrawal could not be completed from the customer’s bank account, we will reattempt to withdraw the payment amount.Please notify our company 2 weeks or before the 10th prior to the termination of service.Once payment is processed, no refund request will be accepted. In addition, changes in payment method shall be completed in the same manner as above.The customer hereby fully understands and agree to the above.
